1. Shaping bamboo chips: Rupture bamboo raw materials into pieces. plane them at last.

　　3. Add latex while drying: dispart grades at first. Then braise it and differentiate colors. Add gel at last.
　　4. Construct embryos and hot-press: Typeset it and make hot-press. Then make condensations.
　　5. Final disposal: Dispart and moulding; Entourage and moulding; Falcon two heads; Mill with coarse sands; Brush the tongues; Paint on contry-bottom; Drying with ultraviolet radiation; Paint on bottom(1st); Drying with ultraviolet radiation; Paint on bottom;(2nd);Drying with ultraviolet radiation; Mill with slender sands; Get rid of dust;Scrawl with UU; Flatting with infrared; Drying with ultraviolet radiation; Inspect by grades; Packing; Volume caboodle; Acumulate in workshop.
