Bamboo Flooring Explain of Arts

Bamboo floor has become a new kind of environmental decoration board instead of wooden products especially for its soft character and suitable price. But it is more difficulty to make them into being because bamboo is easier to rot away .so we take something carefully in processing. There are five steps during the making period:
1.Bamboo Clips moulding: cut the raw bamboo into sects , then plan the fixed length sects on double face. In order not to waste bamboo, you must be strict with the width and thickness during cutting.
2.mothproof and antisepsis: After hot boiling with Na2co3, diluting with 28-30% H2O2 and 28-30% sodium fluoride for 1-2 hours. The bamboo will have the character of mothproof and antisepsis.
3.Add glue desiccation: Its suitable temperature for desiccation is 40-75--C, the moisture should below 14% after dehydrating. You should use toughness glue so as to strengthen the veneer between each bamboo chips.
4. hot press and moulding: use lateral and symmetry methods to combine bamboo chips. The symmetry one is dispart 3 chips fallow man-made frame, the other is combine them side by side. Hot press the key step within processing, its period is 12 min now, and moisture must below 7-15% after dehydrating.
5.comment step: plan its double faces, confirm fixed width ,then square plan it. Cut tenons by vertical direction and horizontal direction. Milling it after cut tenons with square direcrion. paint it twice , milling it after desiccation with ultraviolet radiation. At last ,Add UV painting again.
